About Me
I’ve spent my career working alongside founders and leadership teams during periods of growth and change.
Along the way, I’ve learned that strong operations aren’t about control or complexity. They’re about trust, ownership, and creating the conditions for good decisions to happen.
That’s the work I do behind the scenes: taking responsibility for the operational layer and enabling leadership to stay focused as the business evolves.

My Story
My professional path has always lived at the intersection of ownership, execution, and trust.
I began by running my own independent business for two years, where I learned firsthand what it means to carry full responsibility — from decision-making to execution, prioritization, and accountability.
I then joined an early-stage startup as a personal assistant to the founder, a role that quickly expanded beyond its title. Alongside day-to-day support, I was deeply involved in operations, investor communications, team wellbeing, and HR-related challenges — working closely with leadership in a fast-changing environment.
In recent years, I’ve led operations in a growing company through multiple stages of scale. My work included operational management, budgeting and oversight, company events, and the design and optimization of processes — both before and after fundraising rounds. I supported the company as it evolved, ensuring stability, continuity, and operational readiness during periods of growth and change.
Across all these roles, one thing has remained consistent:
I take ownership, I work closely with leadership, and I make sure the business is supported where it matters most.
